Leadership in the Face of Uncertainty

COMBASE is holding its 2023 annual conference at San Diego City College in San Diego, CA. Being produced September 22 and 23, the conference theme is Leadership in the Face of Uncertainty.

Conference proceedings will include topics of

• innovations in leadership during times of political and social change
• academic programming to meet the changing education environment and workplace needs
• student development challenges to enrollment and persistence

College President, Dr. Ricky Shabazz will provide tours of the campus as planned on the second day of the conference. The two-day conference will be recorded and the first day will include the ability to virtually participate in the conference.
